Job Description: Full-Time Employee position as an Admin Asst/Receptionist at the Monroe, NC office location. This position will provide support to the administrative office in Monroe by performing general office duties, answering phone calls, greeting and directing visitors, tracking inventory and ordering supplies, and maintaining the appearance of the office.
- Assist in department support by maintaining filing, making copies, sending letters and emails, answering phones, other clerical duties as needed.
- Organizes and completes any needed documentation by verifying accuracy, collecting required documentation for filing and printing to meet department deadlines.
- Maintains confidentiality with all documentation and information in secured areas.
