Marshville processes 140 birds per minute or 8,400 birds per hour. In total, the plant processes 655,000 chickens per week, specializing in boneless breast, clipped tenders split wings, and dark meat deboning. Principal customers include Publix, Tip Top Poultry, HEB, Cooper Farms, US Foods, Sysco and Reinhart.

When it comes to safety, Marshville strives for excellence. The facility’s safety slogan is: “You see it, you own it.” Marshville recently achieved over three million safe working hours. In addition, every management team member is held 100% accountable for monthly safety responsibilities.
